Precision Electric uses state-of-the-art thermal imaging tools to find potentially costly and time consuming problems. Dangerous situations can be repaired before problems escalate to where they can cause serious damage.

“C” phase showing warmer than “A” and “B” phases. Upon closer inspection, lug “C” was not tightened. Breaker was shut off and lug was tightened.

After lug was tightened, breaker was turned back on and time given to see if temperatures would normalize. As picture shows, the temperature on “C” phase came down to the same as “A” and “B” phases. Problem solved.
